Layout Pattern
Executive Summary
One-page overview of situation, findings, and recommendation. The slide busy executives read first and sometimes only.
How to Use It
Executive summary slides front-load the answer. Structure as: situation (1 line), key findings (3-4 bullets), and recommendation (1 line). Use bold for the one sentence you want them to remember. Assume half your audience will never reach slide 5 - this slide must stand alone. Place it immediately after your title slide, not at the end.
