How to Use It
Journey maps turn abstract customer talk into a concrete artifact. Use a horizontal layout with phases as columns (Awareness, Consideration, Purchase, Onboarding, Retention). Rows show different dimensions: actions, touchpoints, pain points, emotions (often as a line graph). Highlight moments of truth and drop-off points with callouts. A good journey map surfaces gaps no single team owns - often the argument for cross-functional investment.
